The Service Provider offers private, confidential consultations conducted online.

The service is not:

• psychotherapy or mental health treatment

• medical advice

• legal advice

• coaching

The service is reflective and consultative in nature.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2. Consultations

Consultations are provided by appointment only.

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

• decline any enquiry

• refuse or discontinue a consultation

• limit the scope of engagement

These rights may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

3. Confidentiality

All consultations and communications are treated as strictly confidential.

Confidentiality may be limited only where disclosure is required by applicable law.

4. Fees, Payment, and Billing

• Fees are communicated in advance.

• All services are provided online.

• All invoices are issued from the European Union.

• Payment is required in advance, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  
  

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Confirmed consultations are non-refundable.

• A rescheduling request may be accepted if submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and is granted at the discretion of the Service Provider.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

The service does not replace professional legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable within the European Union.
